It should be labeled TRS to Lemo based in the pin configuration, which is connected to TC-in on the Lemo side. Rather than send it back, I opted to resolder the Lemo side for my required use, which is jamming a tentacle with TC from a SD recorder. Kind of a pain in the butt, but it worked. Component quality is nice so I gave it 3stars. The mislabeling subtracted 2 stars from an otherwise 5 star cable.

I’m using this cable to connect my Zoom F3 (line out) to the audio port of my RED Komodo-X. It does its job well. Secure and flexible.
