Geekpure Hipresso Super Fully Automatic Espresso Coffee Machine-11 Models

The machine makes good coffee. This is not my first espresso machine so I am diligent about cleaning it regularly. I had purchased the extended warranty as well. After less than 4 months the milk frother failed. I submitted a claim for the warranty and they sent me back to the manufacture, geekpure, because the unit was less than 4 months old (it was a nuisance, for sure). The manufacturer sent me complex videos to disassemble the unit to check an internal solenoid valve. The level of disassembly was completely unreasonable for the consumer! That was all they would offer. I saw another review mention the same thing. I had to return the unit. Poor quality. Not good service. You will regret your purchase.

Update a year later...I was a out to reach the vendor via their website, not through Amazon. They provided instructions on how to fix the fuse and gave me a credit for the amount of the fuse and tools. I replaced the fuse myself and it's still working great. Original post: The machine worked beautifully. I loved it. But then it stopped loading past the first screen when we turned it on one morning. There's no way to reset the software, no advice in the manual, and the vendor is not responsive.

Not only did this machine never make a good cup of coffee, it broke after 10 uses and you can return or get a refund. $1000 wasted.

I love this machine! I have had it for a month and it is amazing. Make sure you read all the directions, it requires daily maintenance. You have to clean the milk frother components daily but it’s totally worth it. The only thing I wish is that they included a milk pitcher and also since I’m meticulous instructions for every single symbol. But other than that it is like having a personalized barista. I’ve bought syrups and I’m living my best life! Do yourself a favor and buy it but read the instructions first! ❤️

It stopped working in less than a month. Support wanted me to take it apart and follow the pictures and videos they sent to address the issue. I had no problem doing it but it can be difficult for some others. I had to return it and I am looking for a different brand now.

Best coffee machine ever. The coffee tastes like actual coffee, easy to use. Would never go to any other coffee machine? Easy to clean, very, very Awesome. I am a very big coffee drinker.

Nice and simple. Easy to use, easy to clean, and good milk frother. Sensors for coffee hopper and spent coffee are not accurate. Unable to get the unit to anything above 120°F. Poor default calibration.

Easy to handle, quite grinder. Maybe needs a bigger bean storage. Small complain.

Good looking machine, but it started leaking somewhere and all the coffee ground is stack inside although it was cleaned and descaled consistently. DO NOT BUY IT. THIS IS GARBAGE MACHINE. Stopped working after few months.
