The stores around here don't sell anything for the thigh and hamstring injuries other than the roll up compression wraps. My hamstring injury is not severe so I am able to continue my treadmill workouts using this support. You really do feel warmth in the area that you don't get with a regular wrap. Just make sure the Neo G logo is on top like the instructions show, (like I didn't do at first). If you put it on the bottom it will slip down right away, but when put on correctly it stays tight and firm.
