It is important to remember how well your strap sticks to your shoe will decide how long your strap lasts. Fitting Guide Step 1 - Pick the Right Spot and Prepare Small tab only on the sole - No Stem Once you have found the right spot, clean the area thoroughly with soapy water and dry with a cloth. Once the area is clean, wipe the area that the small tab will be applied to with the preparation satchel provided. This will ensure an industrial strength bond on any shoe type! Step 2 - Sticking Small Tab Peel back the blue liner and stick the small tab as pictured in step 1. I mportant : Ensure that the middle stem (thin part of the strap connecting the tabs) section is not contacting your sole / the ground. Only the small tab should be fitted under the shoe (as pictured in step 1). Once in position, hold in place with firm pressure for 2 minutes. This helps to activate the bond.
