It really helps with my lower back ache from being in bed so much, and helps me breathe better when I nap during the day propped up by it. My husband is also a huge fan, and uses it loads when I am well enough to get out of bed and into my reclining arm chair. Very definitely worth the money. Smells a bit funky when you open it, but that's to be expected for vaccum packed foam. Just air it out for 2-4 days in a well ventilated spot before use and all is well. I bought this, and I’m sleeping propped up, which relieves some of the pressure in my lower spine. I am sleeping much better. It has a slightly odd smell. I would have liked the option to buy a pillowcase to fit, because it’s much bigger than a standard pillow.
