Sweet but good
This honey is very sweet. I got it to add to my green tea because raw honey helps with my allergies. If it were for baking, I imagine it would probably be too sweet it it more expensive than other brands, but it is high quality. It leaves no bad aftertaste and has no fake/chemical taste.

Great flavor
Wonderful, lovely flavor. Consistency is not as thick as expected, but depending on what you're using it for you'll never notice. Since I use honey instead of syrup for pancakes this one is perfect for pancakes, but if you're a baker and you need the smooth consistency in the baked goods you should look for one that is a little thicker

Delicious honey. To me, the floral notes lead to a licorice taste. I love it. Intense and so sweet! It is marvelous in Tulsi tea or Hibiscus tea. I will buy this again. Love that it is good for you and totally USDA certified organic. Yum!

Tiny little jar, liquid honey
I expected a larger container for the money. The honey was too watery. I wanted to taste a new flavour, so go this, but was surprised at how little the container is. The honey tastes good but too runny. Won't buy again.
