does this have the TWO original taggies tags on it?

What do you mean two original taggies .

Are the there loops on the tags or are they sewn shut?

They are all loops! Only one is sewn and it's the brand tag.

Can you personalize these taggies

That was not an option when I ordered mine.

Does the entire thing crinkle or just the tags?

The entire square crinkles - the Taggies tags to not crinkle. There is also a squeaker inside.
