Im happy I decided to take a chance on this. It looks the same as moen brand that has gotten extremely expensive in stores. My partner was able to install it. It works perfectly and looks amazing. No issues

customer service is truly in a league of its own
This kitchen faucet is fantastic, and the customer service is truly in a league of its own! I’m honestly blown away by the quality, especially given the price point. Gute Qualität, leider zu niedrig angesetzt.
Dieser Wasserhahn ist bereits geöffnet bei uns angekommen also wahrscheinlich eine Retoure aber da es sich hier um kein elektrisches Gerät handelt, haben wir es dennoch behalten. Die Installation war recht schnell und ohne Probleme. Dieser Wasserhahn funktioniert echt super nur leider ist er viel zu niedrig. Das mitgelieferte Metallteil konnten wir nicht benutzen weil das Gewinde um den Wasserhahn anzubringen viel zu kurz war und somit hängt der Wasserhahn nun 1 cm weiter unten. Ist allerdings auch kein großer Unterschied, dennoch hat man recht wenig Platz da die Brause recht tief unten ist. Da passen gerade so meine 500ml Minerallwasserflaschen drunter um sie nachzufüllen. Man kann auch leider überhaupt nicht erkennen ob man warm oder kalt Wasser nutzt. Die Kennzeichnung dafür wäre besser wenn sie nicht an der Seite wäre sondern gut sichtbar am Krahn selbst. Ansonsten ist die Qualität recht gut.
