Very much disappointed, thought of calling impex customer care number, and texted on their WhatsApp number, nor anyone answered nor got a reply back on whatsapp. Miracast when u connect with ur phone, its hangs so much on tv, even though u r standing so close to the tv still if u play a video through casting on phone, video on tv lags so much u can't watch it. Another problem is play store u can't update the apps, then i tried to install netflix app through Google play store , after installing it says app is not compatible with tv, so it doesn't start, so you need to watch through the netflix app which is pre installed on tv and the pre installed version doesn't allow to navigate smoothly and picture streaming doesn't come to 4k or HD also. Finally raised a request with amazon to return which they accepted.
