I am now using the St Clements and have not had any build up! **Q: Is this bar soap for people that have basically no hair of that keep their hair shaved** A: I have really thick medium length hair (past my shoulders) and I love this and the shampoo bar. When applied directly to wet hair, it really works. It's a little weird to get used to the feeling of rubbing a bar of soap on your head, but I got used to it very quickly. **Q: Is the sweet&spicy a stong smell? I detest ginger, but this seems better than the pink for my flat oily hair.** A: You won't notice a ginger smell at all. There's a very slight spicy smell as you use it, but the scent doesn't linger. I have an oily scalp and this is bar has worked the best for giving me light and fluffy hair. My advice is to lather the bar in your hands and apply the suds to your scalp with your fingertips rather than rubbing the bar directly on your head. TLDR: buy this.. it's perfect. Bought Frizz Wrangler Guys...listen to me...this is the single most amazing shampoo bar I've ever used. Ever. It's perfect. I have hair down to my lower back and all I need is three swipes on the top of my head, two underneath on the back of my head, then I use what's already on my hands for the length. It super suds! You shouldn't swipe this bar all over your hair because that is a waste. Just a couple passes on your scalp then pull it down. That's what makes it last so long. The most important thing about this is this is not soap! And it shouldn't be. Putting actual soap on your hair completely strips your hair of every ounce of moisture. This shampoo bar is so good I've even gone without conditioner with it sometimes to conserve it. But here is the best part. You know when we with long hair are in the shower...how gobbs of hair comes out and either hits the drain, gets stuck all over, hair falling out everywhere kinda thing? Mine is severe. I'm losing my hair bad. I have seriously seen a positive difference after using this shampoo bar as long as I have! I pull out less hair every single shower! My hair is so healthy, shiny, and soft that when I went to get a trim I was asked if I'd been trimmed lately since I had very healthy ends! I hadnt cut my hair in a year. Just wow!
