The quality, the look and the feel is superb. I use it for my badminton shoes and it is the best. There was some glitch initially regarding the delivery but they acted fast and it reached me on time.

Very soft and supportive. It does add a bit of bulk so make sure your shoes have extra room before buying. I added it to my Nike runners and had to loosen the laces to make it fit. It makes the shoes much more cushy and comfortable to walk on. Like an extra layer of softness. I originally bought this for my dress shoes, but it got too tight so switched it to a much looser runners.

I am a physician and used these for the workers who had to stand in safety boots all day on concrete floors. They never failed to provide relief for sore or tired feat. Helps with plantar fasciitis. Much less expensive than orthotics and usually more effective. I have a pair in every pair of shoes I have.

Spenco produces great products, I have been using them since 1970 and used them in all my shoes and boots since then, I have run many marathons over the past 54 years and trekked tens of thousands of miles, I am now 75 and have no visible wear in my leg joints. It is solely due to this product without which I would have been having knee and hip operations due to wearing out the joints through excessive exercise over more than half a century. I am really happy with these inserts! I bought a pair of white sneakers—they’re really trendy with a huge heel. The smalledt they came in is a size 6 and I am a size 5/5.5. These inserts helped make the shoes more snug. The bonus is a little bit of arch support and comfort support, as you know fashion chunky shoes can be really uncomfortable. They’re really all for the look. I am so glad I got these inserts to make the shoes wearable. I tried the inserts in my regular day-to-day sneakers (cheap Amazon brand for $20, they look like Nikes HAHA) and these inserts do not work. It made my heels stick up too high for the sneakers to stay on properly. Bummer cuz I totally would have bought another pair! I think these inserts work best for shoes with high walls for the heels (which my white platform sneakers do have) and the heel has to be sturdy fabric/material.
