Do you sell this type of lagging for a 25mm diameter pipe?

Yes you can get lagging for a 25mm pipe however we do 28mm pipe lagging with 9mm insulation. We suggest a 28mm as you have to account for the thickness of the pipe you want to Lagg, if you get a 25mm it can sometimes be too tight and the adhesive won't work due to no room for expansion. Hope this helps. Sizes - 25mm - 1" (25mm) ID (inside diameter) 28mm - 1" 1/4 (28mm) ID (inside diameter)
