It doesn't have the traditional taste of sweetness and honey. It has really nice flaky layers, but not a rich and gooey base like most baklava. It tastes more "salty nut" like than sweet, honey, layered baklava. We ate maybe 1 piece and threw the rest out. It may just be our taste, so don't let my review stop you.
