Can it be used to slice cucumbers?

I haven't used it for cucumbers, but I think it would work if you peel the skin off. That might be to thick for the slicer to cut.

How big are the slices? (I wanna use this for dehydrating)

I’m not sure I would try to cut celery with it… bananas are soft, I think you would most likely cut yourself in the process or have the cutter break trying to put crunchy foods through it.
