Wanted to use to chop herbs finely for taboulli . Doesn't work. Looked like it could work for that, it doesn't.Not worth the hassle of cleaning if just trying to cut banana.

Will only cut Bananas will not cut anything else.

Even though I’ve owned this device for about a year, I’m just now getting around to using it — and I’m impressed! I decided to make banana chips today, and wow, it makes slicing bananas so easy. The slices came out perfectly uniform in size, which is really important when dehydrating them. The device is well made, blades are sharp, it’s easy to clean, and super simple to use. It made slicing large volumes of bananas fast with very little mess. Would definitely recommend!

Does what it is supposed to do. Only used it for banana so far but it's sharp, easy to use, and makes slices uniform which is important when freeze drying anything.

I love this little bugger! Even bought one for co workers. We all love it! Quick and perfect slices everytime. No knife cuts on fingers anymore.
