I cannot say it was easy at all
but if you can get it to fit it is actually not bad but the other side I just used cardboard which worked so much better and I used double-sided tape which is sticky on both sides and worked well.

They yellow almost immediatly
Looked great when I first put them in, I couldn't understand why all the other options were black and this was one of the only white ones I could find.It's cause they immediately turn yellow, don't buy these unless you only plan on using them for a month, or want something yellow.

Turned bright yellow!
These turned bright yellow after about a month - they look so ugly like they have been in our house for 50 years. Very disappointed.

Works well
Long in size but can be cut I just took the slides off and put the foam on with out the sides and it work fine keeps heat out

Overpriced
Overpriced for 2 pieces of basic 1โ thick foam. The foam is not dense. Returned it.
