Pleasantly surprised! Will buy again!
I had tried Lakanto's maple syrup, which I liked, so decided to give the Banana Nut Bread a try. I honestly wasn't too optimistic because it's sugar-free, but I just baked it and was very pleasantly surprised! Clearly you'll notice the difference if comparing to "regular" banana nut bread, but for me this is a great sugar-free dessert that I can enjoy while staying within my macros. I baked for 35 minutes, but needed to leave it in the oven a few extra minutes with the oven off. It smells good and has nice texture. I will definitely buy this again, and I've already purchased the chocolate chip cookie and brownie mixes; can't wait to try them!

Excellent diet friendly option
Great product. For a diet-friendly alternative, These muffins are surprisingly good. The batch size makes 12 muffins. Although they don’t rise as much due to the type of flower that is used. They have great flavor and nice texture. Overall awesome product!

Makes 12 undersized regular muffins. Slight alcohol taste to me but still edible, rest of the family didn't notice a flavor issue but they don't eat as clean as I do. Good for convenience but it's high carb, and I will not buy this again.

Didn't like the flavor
Flavor of these muffins wasn't pleasing. The vanilla extract flavor in this was overpowering. However, the brownie mix, made by this company, is delicious!! I will be buying the brownie mix again! I would definitely recommend buying from Lankanto.

A couple of simple tweak make exception banana bread
I found a couple of tweaks add a bit more flavor and a less dense bread. Follow the bread recipe, but add 1.5 tsp baking POWDER (not soda) and use sugar-free banana syrup instead of water

really tasty muffins
i buy this product often and they make the best muffins , very tasty especially for keto muffins. The only thing that could be better is that there are pretty expensive. Also I add a bit of splenda to muffin mix to bring out the flavor.
