But I’ve used mine for over a year in my car and it’s just perfect for lumbar support. It hold it shape. It holds its firmness. **Q: How do you affix this to an office chair? The attachments that it comes with do not allow for the support to stay in a position.** A: I just sat mine where I wanted it and sat against it. It was never attached. **Q: Does the shape of this work to keep pressure off the spine?** A: I wouldn't say so. You can try it and return it if not. I used this for about two months and I think it ended up making my lower back worse. I ditched it, adjusted my seat more upright, maxed out my lumbar and I'm better off without. If your pressure gets worse, seek out the most notable chiropractor you can!
