Works as advertised.
Looks nice, and based on previous reviews we decided to try it. We typically only drink 2 cups (large mugs) in the morning, and this works just fine, no grit and fairly easy to clean.

Needs a warmer
Only bad thing about product is that you have to drink your coffee right away or coffee will get cold right away. This product needs a warmer to at least help drink maintain drink warm for a longer period.

DO NOT TAP THE BOTTOM!
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT FOR THIS SITUATION? I loved this product. Until I was emptying the coffee grinds in the garbage tapped the bottom with 2 fingers and the whole thing shattered.
