**Q: cant get needle nose pliers around the battery any other way to remove it?**
A: I had to buy a new collar/receiver recently and when the battery failed, I found there was no way to remove it, with needle nose or other pliers. I assume PetSafe glued the little bugger in there. Fortunately I had an older battery which was easily removable by grabbing the end of the battery with needle nose, like usual. I hope you don't have a new battery like I did cause there was no way to get that one out - I used a lot of force on it.

ya es la segunda pila que gasto, y muy bien. me dura con ella activada todo el dia unos cuantos meses. lo malo, que no se puede saber cuando se agota, pero con el servicio prime en menos de 12 h nos llega otra.
