Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this back support belt after doing a lot of research, and it stood out because of its combination of durability, comfort, and strong customer feedback. I wanted something that would protect my lower back during heavy lifts, and this one seemed the most reliable – and it definitely lives up to the hype. Fit: The fit is excellent – snug but not restrictive. It wraps perfectly around the waist and stays in place without sliding or shifting during exercises. Whether I’m doing squats, deadlifts, or overhead presses, it always feels secure and supportive. Lockability: The locking mechanism is strong and easy to use. Once fastened, it doesn’t budge at all. This is my first belt as I’ve started lifting more than my body weight following advice from a PT. The main issue I feel is the sizing guidance - I suspect it’s aimed at men not women as my true waist measurement is 28 but measuring around the belly button gave me a measurement of 30 so I followed the advice and ordered the medium - I think this was erroneous as I feel the belt is quite a bit too big for me to get it tight enough. As a female I do think more thought needs to go into the fact that we are a different shape to men and sizing advice should be differentiated.

This is a really good lifting belt, durable, sturdy, and supportive. It looks great, feels well made, and offers excellent back support for heavy lifts like deadlifts and squats. The auto-lock buckle is secure and easy to adjust, which gives confidence during workouts. The only downside is the sizing. I ordered the recommended Small, but an XS would have fit better. I’d suggest double-checking measurements carefully before ordering. Overall, though, it’s excellent value for money and a great choice for anyone looking for reliable support in their lifting sessions.

The belt is surprisingly well made and looks good. Quite solid in construction and strong velcro. The fastening lock bar holds the belt tightly. One down side is the sizing is small. I have a 29" waist and ordered the small. There is not a lot of room for adjustment and only 2" of the velcro can be used. The fastening 'buckle' stops it from undoing, so it's OK. Overall a good entry level that provides good support.

This lifting belt feels very strong and supportive during workouts. It gives great lower back support when lifting heavy weights and feels secure without being uncomfortable. The quality is really good, easy to adjust, and perfect for squats, deadlifts, and other heavy lifts. Definitely a great gym purchase!

Solide et de bonne qualité. J’ai testé de nombreuses ceintures pour mes séances à travers plus de 20 années de musculation et je dois reconnaître que cette ceinture m’a époustouflé. Solide, bon soutient des lombaires, rigide mais pas trop (je n’aime pas les cuirs qui font mal), elle a tous les atouts pour maintenir votre dos en sécurité, que ce soit pour les deadlifts, squats ou tout autre type d’entraînement. Je recommande vivement.

2回ほどクイックリフト用で使用しましたが、使いやすくておすすめです。レバーバックルに比べると弱さは感じるかもしれませんが、腹圧を高めるのには十分だと思います。クイックリフトする人、持ち運びしやすいベルトや、軽くて小さいベルトを探している人は持っていてもいいと思います。
