I ordered the smallest memory foam pillow they had to offer. I like it. The smaller side is a bit stiffer than the bigger side. I sink in just right on the bigger side of the pillow. I have not checked to see if they make pillow covers for this kind of pillow. I will just make my own with the sewing machine. The smaller one leaves plenty of room left over with my head on the pillow. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck. I woke up in less pain than normal. I will continue to give this pillow a try. I will let you know in a couple of weeks how the pillow is working for me and if that pillow case ever was made.
