We had contemplated whether to go wax or try a non wax ring, and since we have always used the wax we decided to go with it. I am still a bit skeptical on the effectiveness of the non-wax type. Glad we chose this one.

Works great. You definitely need to let the wax heat up to at-least 65 degrees to have it be pliable. The quality great, made in the USA, and for the cost; its comparable to other wax rings, but its like getting the flange attached for free. This was a no brainier for me and cheaper than Home Depot.

I initially purchased the sani seal waxless gasket. It did not fit correctly since my toile gasket is above the floor. this one worked perfectly. Just make sure you align properly because this product will only work on the first attempt. Pretty cheap and I saved a trip to the hardware store.
