The bristles are not soft.

This is a tiny bit smaller than the beloved oral B flat head that was about 3/4 the size of a regular adult toothbrush from hell which one finds in stores today. I used the same oral B for eons then suddenly they were not stocked anywhere. I was using a child’s soft toothbrush for the last six years and it was to soft . I was not getting my teeth and gums clean enough and it was ruining my teeth. This oral B is perfect . It has the stiffness you need as an adult to clean your teeth and around the gum lines as well as to reach back to the molars if your mouth happens to be smaller. I have been using it for approx one month and I already have healthier gum and cleaner teeth as I did before using the soft child’s brush . For reference I often ask for child’s sized X-rays for my back molars since I can barely keep the adult sized X-rays film straight . I have never been more excited to get toothbrushes as I have been with this order . And I am happy to say that the brushes are not super soft . They are just as they should be . Firm but just right like the old brushes we all have been looking for . I still would like to order a number thirty five . I believe I have a size thirty . But these are prefect to use . I hope they don’t stop making and carrying them as I cannot use the monster wavy horrible toothbrushes they have out everywhere now . Do not hesitate to buy these ! They are perfect and should be at every pharmacy and grocery store like they used to be ! Amazon and one other dental web site sells them that I can see and that’s it . Now I am looking for oral B flat head electric toothbrush replacements and so far I have not found them . Just the knock offs . I like oral B products very much and I wish they would supply the flat heads for the electric toothbrush’s as the pointed and curved bristles just rip the gums and don’t really clean my teeth . I have nice large white teeth but the side teeth are not perfectly straight anymore . I absolutely want and need the flat head brush and it’s wonderful to be able to reach behind my very back molars with this size toothbrush . Thank you Amazon from both me and my dentist ! No Barbie and death Veda toothbrushes with soft bristles for me now ! I will be ordering more to stock up just in case . These are perfect for an adult who like clean teeth and gums that don’t recede and nick due to monster brushes with jagged or wavy bristles !
