**Q: Can i make both of them weigh up to 4kg?**
A: No, they are 2kg you would have to get the set higher then you could or take out if 4 kg too heavy

A: When it’s fully loaded each one weighs 5kg or 11 lbs

**Q: Where I can find the metal blocks separate in bigger weights? Or how I should look for them?**
A: They're inside, you need unscrew heads of the weights.

**Q: With only one weight block in each side does the block move around in use?**
A: In the parcel I have some foam rubber cushions, that I used for one weight block. It prevents blocks of moving.

I really think that this is an invaluable piece of equipment for mature women and I’ve used them every day. They do need tightening every now and then but it doesn’t take much to look after them. Comfortable and useful. Thanks.
