They stick well and stay in place through the night. I noticed less mouth breathing and better sleep overall. I gave 4 stars because removing them in the morning can sometimes irritate the skin a little, especially if used daily. I started off using the major brand, but switched to this brand utilizing additional savings with subscribe and save. Lately I have noticed that occasionaly the paper sticks to the outside side of the strip and trying to pull it off pulls the strip off the backing on the corners which can make them less effective. More of a nuisance than a defective product. And its only like 3 or 4 to a box. Not sure if there's too much adhesive or stored in a very warm amazon warehouse.
