After calling Wayne they offered no help other than to claim the wrong part was ordered. My plumber spoke with them and explained the pump would not work due to likely damage from shipping. ### ⭐⭐ Use the test feature on a regular basis *by T***H on April 15, 2025* I ordered this ESP25N pump 4/3/2025 as a replacement for the original ESP25N pump purchased 3/5/2021. The original ESP25N pump failed after 4 years. In that time it was only required to operate once for about 6 hours while the main pump was replaced. I gave it two stars because it did work the one time it was called upon. As others have stated, the longevity of these pumps is hit or miss(maybe more miss). I disassembled the failed pump and found the electric motor swimming in a couple inches of water inside the pump housing. After cleaning and drying the motor it worked again, but I threw it in the trash anyway. If you own this pump, my suggestion would be to use the test feature on a regular basis.
