Excellent choice for an affordable ATS
I am yet to put the switch in to use but bench testing resulted in excellent performance. Switching is fairly fast but unsure if it is fast enough for UPS requirements. I tested it many times and never had an issue. Great choice for a fair priced ATS!

Great switch!
Bought this switch and installed it in a motor home so the input power would automatically switch from shore power to the inverter whether I unplugged to leave a campground or the power went out for any reason. Installation was simple, instructions were sufficient, and it functions flawlessly. Great switch a great price!

Works as advertised
Have this running in my camper that has a large solar setup, and also the option to run off shore power. The instructions kind of sucked, but this is the way that I have it connected, and works great. The main trick is the lower lugs need to have jumper wires ran to both sides, and you can pull back out from either side on the bottom. The auto switch favors the left side power, and will automatically switch to the right side power if the left looses power, but if both have power at the same time, you will be getting your power from the left side of the switch. If you plan on running this on a Renogy inverter, you might want to look at the latest model, it seem to have shore power input on it.. I have the older model, so this auto switcher it the way to go for me.

Good switch
I use it on manual mode to control when I switch over the the generator. Only thing I did notice but not serious is a slight low buzz coming from the unit. It works, doesn't get hot so I am alright with the "AC noise"
