What are the ingredients?

Notice these ingredients are for the Wild Yam Balancing Cream, not for the Wild Yam Moisturizing Cream. Sorry for the confusion. I like the Balancing Cream.

Can men use this too for skin hydration?

It is my understanding that wild yam keeps a woman's hormone / estrogen balanced or at least it could help. It has helped me. Four Elements has some wonderful skin hydrating products which I have used and still use. And as far as I know men can use all of their products.

Will this go bad unopened in the heat for 8 days?

It may dry out and or lose its effectiveness.

Can the yam cream get hot? It was left in my hot mailbox for several hours.

I live in Marana Arizona and it was over 100 degrees when it was left in my box overnight. It was fine

Wild yam? Why not? Tried everything else.

I like the feel of this on my skin. A very little goes a long way. Not sure what the heck its doing or supposed to do, but it does make my face feel like the moisture is locked in and my skin feels nourished. A bit greasy but that's the moisture lock I'm guessing. I like it as an overnight cream.

Hormonal balance THAT WORKS

Amazing stuff! Is helping me feel as normal as possible after stopping my hormonal bc! I switch areas of application & don’t take during my period week. It’s helping with hot cold, mood & relaxation. It has a very earthy peppery smell but I don’t mind it anymore. Just take a little getting used to. Love the benefits. It’s been saving me the last couple weeks. Great quality! Nice glass container too! Worth the price, you don’t need much at all & it will last me awhile even the small jar. Sinks in quite easily. Is a tad greasy so let it soak in before putting clothing on or it will stain.
