Worked perfectly. My husband did not want to drill holes into stucco for brackets and we didn't want to damage our new window sills. We're able to remove the units easily after the summer months are over and put everything into storage. A simple device that does the job we wanted at a fraction of the cost of other brackets. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed and does it's job! *by N***A on May 17, 2024* This seems like it would not hold the weight of a large AC , but it does! I have a 15000 btu and it holds it well without any problems. Easy to use and install! Only got one star because the black rubber vibration rings do not fit snugly on the tubing, so I had to duct tape them on there. Other then that it is worth it for sure, will be buying two more! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent but not great *by B***E on June 12, 2024* This product did not quite in our window the way it was advertised. Perhaps we just have a wider window sill than normal, or maybe our house siding was an issue, I’m not sure. We ended up turning the product around and using it opposite what the instructions stated. With that, there is a huge gap underneath the ac unit now and the foam provided for insulation was not nearly wide enough to cover it. We ended up stuffing towels under the unit and now it works fine. It doesn’t rattle and seems sturdy enough. But I wouldn’t recommend this product overall. Especially for a first floor window.
