These Sleep ZM blue light blocking glasses really work! I’ve been wearing them at night while using my phone and watching TV, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and don’t feel as wired before bed. My eyes also feel less strained after long screen time.

These glasses are excellent. The price is justified by their purpose and the quality of their construction; they don't feel cheap at all. I love them. I decided to use this type of glasses in the afternoons and evenings to prepare my eyes for sleep because I suffer from migraines, and in recent months my attacks have become more severe. My only recommendation to the manufacturer is to ensure that the bridge of the lenses is a standard size. These come with a very small bridge, not to say suitable only for Americans with narrow noses. If they want to reach a wider audience, they should use a standard size. The bridge is too small for me; they don't fit comfortably on my nose. Even so, I'm keeping them because they serve their purpose. These glasses are adorable, fit my face perfectly, and stay securely in place without slipping. They're lightweight and comfortable for all day wear as well. I originally ordered them for working at the computer and using my phone at night. The included blue-light tester and white card make it easy to see just how effectively the lenses block the blue light. They also clean up easily and remain comfortable during long periods of wear. When my teenage son mentioned having trouble falling asleep, I let him try them during his evening screen time. He liked them so much that he has practically commandeered them and now wears them throughout the day. They are a little pricey for nonprescription glasses with one primary purpose, but the comfort, cute style, and noticeable light blocking still make them worthwhile. I’ll likely be ordering another pair so I can have some of my own again!
