Great read and a eye opener
There are just so many things that we take so lightly in our daily busy lives especially if you live in a metropolitan city. One cannot avoid the natural environment pollutants but yes we can definitely avoid eating junk and processed food which is toxin. Detailed in right amount. Will definitely recommend reading this book.

Good book but very expensive!
The book is good. Contains good information about Cancer and anti-Cancer diet. But, the diet may or may not be suitable for all. I mean he also needs to consider and guide the diabetic patients/patients with stoma bag/patients with digestive issues etc. Also, the book is very expensive. Such books should be available at lowest cost if Chris really wants to spread awareness about natural ways to heal cancer to the needy.

A TREASURE OF INFORMATION!
After losing my mother to late stage pancreatic cancer, I decided to start a journey of researching and learning. My mother passed weeks after diagnosis, which made me decide that prevention might be of importance. I have been searching and learning for four years, about cancer, prevention, diet etc...I have come across some great Drs, testimonies, books and teachings. But Chris Wark has always stood out amongst all of them. I have been following him for 4 years. He knows what he is talking about. My own health had crashed drastically after losing my mother, and it was his advise that brought me back to great health. I highly recommend this book. And to check out his website (Chrisbeatcancer.com)
