Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, 128GB, Pacific Blue - (Renewed)

A few versions old now, but still a fabulous phone. This refurbished example was in great condition. very pleased.

I was looking for a new phone after smashing my screen on my iPhone 10. Which I bought refurbished 3/4 years ago. I would have kept it otherwise. Bought two phones refurbished from another big retailer which both had to be sent back. Battery capacity was poor on one. WiFi wouldn't connect on another. Ordered this on Friday. It arrived Saturday. Well packed. As new! Looks immaculate. 100% battery capacity. They forgot to pack a cable but no dramas they've sent one out to me now. Very happy with the product and service. 12 month warranty too. Happy days. Very easy to use. Much bigger screen so the quality and use for me (6'2" man with big hands) helps a lot. I'm glad I went for the max. Camera is great! Got a screen protector and case on the way.

I recently purchased this phone for my younger brother, and I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the entire experience. This review serves as an outlet for my anger and dissatisfaction. The initial impression of the phone was positive as it arrived in pristine condition and appeared to be in working order. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to dismay when my brother experienced screen glitches just three days after receiving the device. The screen suddenly went blank on the fourth day, rendering the phone unusable. I promptly arrange a return. The seller attributed the malfunction to a water accident and claimed the warranty did not cover it. My brother confirmed that he had taken excellent care of the phone and had not encountered any water-related incidents. Moreover, the phone was protected by a sturdy case and a screen protector, making it highly unlikely that any liquid damage occurred. However, the seller insisted that the water indicator had been activated, providing pictures of the phone's internals as evidence, so it's his word against mine. Upon close examination of the images, it became apparent that the phone's internals appeared lifeless, almost as if it had been a non-functional device that had been superficially refurbished to appear functional on the outside. This discovery raised severe doubts regarding the authenticity and reliability of the phone. Adding insult to injury, the seller now demands a staggering £175 to fix the phone, which needs a change of battery, screen and Face ID. This amount seems absurd, especially considering the questionable state of the device and the fact that it failed within days of purchase. It is evident that the seller prioritises profit over customer satisfaction and fails to take responsibility for the substandard product they sell. This entire experience has been a complete waste of both money and time. The purchase of this phone has left me feeling thoroughly disillusioned and cheated. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid renewed devices. Most of them seem appealing on the outside, but the reality is that they are often nothing more than refurbished devices with hidden issues. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and financial loss by opting for a new phone.

I used to have a iPhone XS Max, but it was completely cracked and stopped working. I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max Graphite 128gb yesterday and it came today. I opened the parcel and I was shocked but in a good way. I paid £300 for this phone and it came in a box with a new unopened charger and screen protector and a brand new plug for the cable. I saw a lot of bubble wrap which was really good to see as well. I took that off and it had another box I opened that to more bubble wrap and my phone was in a plastic wrapper type thing. And when I got it out it had a white cover over the screen to peel off. And I had no scratches, dents, cracks, etc nothing! My battery health is 93% which is absolutely incredible. It’s a stunning colour as well I love it. Overall one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’m so so happy with it. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this seller. And it’s such a good value for money I will 100% be ordering from here again!!

I, like everyone else considering this product, was a bit wary of ordering a renewed phone instead of a new one, without seeing it first anyway. However, upon arrival & first look the phone is in impeccable condition! Everything seems to work as it should and the screen, edges, cameras etc are all free from any signs of use. I do however have two criticisms. The first, is that the battery health is only at 83%. My old iPhone is better than that at around 91/92! Still, it’s a second hand phone and it works. It’s really not the end of the world. It does it’s job and seems fine. My main issue was the delivery. When I heard that the phone was being sent through Evri my heart sank. I’ve lost so many parcels with them lately, this is actually the first parcel I’ve ever had arrive in one piece from them. The parcel was lost, then turned up again, then lost again, delayed, and finally arrived a week after it was due and then thrown over my 6ft garden fence. Luckily however, the phone is in one piece. I would just urge the seller to reconsider who they are using to send these devices. I would gladly buy another device from this company when the time comes, but not if Evri are taking anything to do with it.

This phone came in excellent condition. No scuffs and still going strong after nearly a year now. Would highly recommend seller

Looks good as brand new

Phone is in excellent condition, APART from the BATTERY which is only at 77% and according to Apple needs replacement. Not sure what the cost will be.

I was curious how the refurbished phone will be but surprisingly I got a almost brand new iPhone 12pro max with 100% battery and there are no visible sign of usage. No scratches or dents at all. Also phone came into Apple box and it is still under warranty by apple care. Definitely recommended. ☝🏻

Habe mir bei Loop-Mobile jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal ein Iphone bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Diesmal das Iphone12 pro Max im Zustand hervorragend. Geliefert wurde sehr schnell per Express Lierferung innerhalb von 3 Tagen war das Paket da. Das Iphone war bis auf wirklich ganz minimale wenige Kratzer am Gehäuserand der Kamera in einem neuwertigem Zustand. Display und Gehäuse keine Kratzer. Auch der Akku läd auch auf 100%. Kann Loop wirklich nur empfehlen.! Einzig der Karton in dem das Handy geliefert wurde, könnte etwas schöner sein bei dem Preis finde ich. Dieses Mal war es eine einfache Handykartonschachtel von Loop.
