How long do these last?

10 minutes - longer if you place them in a puzzle toy. My dog is about 20-25 pounds, 6 months old with all of her adult teeth. She likes them, but I would not desribe them as "long lasting".

Ad states there is no added salt in product. The ingredients list states there is sea salt in the product. What's up with that?

Its 11/2020 and still no updated ingredient list? Makes me suspicious.

How big are these chews?

Roughly bout 5” long takes my German Shepherd bout 5-10 min to chew it up, my Pomeranian takes him bout 15-20 min. But they are perfect for either dog.
