Once I really read the directions and followed them to a tee I have not any issues. The key for me was 1. Removing the BUTTERFLY logo side of the tape first and then 2. Sticking is on the back of my ear (not head). Once I did that the tabs made it easy to get the other side of the tape off and stick it to my head. If you don't put it on the back of your ear first it makes it much harder. I hope this helps.. **Q: Could it be used in kids?** A: Yes, they make Earlaps for kids.
