Claw Nail Clipper

Excellent nail cutters. Very comfortable to use and do the job well. They're sharp and the action doesn't require a lot of strength, so cut without any mishaps. They're quite light too.

Good quality, sharp like all the reviews say but more importantly they’re strong, weak clippers won’t go through my indestructible toe nails, they get rid of them with 1 clip. Nice and wide too for thick nails.

After using fingernail clippers for some time since the spring catch on my toenail clippers broke, thought I'd invest in this as the cutting edges are much wider, which makes it more suitable for toenails. On opening, it looks quite stylish in design and feels solidly made, and the jaws open wider than you'll ever need for cutting nails. The cutting edges are quite sharp as described. However, on opening the jaws, the hinged spring immediately looks rather flimsy where its attached, and I feel that the hinge won't last very long before it snaps off (now looking at an earlier review with a picture, this has happened). The clipper can still be used if this happens, but on testing using without the spring in position, for if it does break off, it makes it very fiddly and awkward. The matt black finish looks good, but after using just once to cut the toenails, the painted finish on the upper part where the end of the spring presses and slides against that upper part has started to wear away - not detrimental, but shows that the paintwork is not going to 'endure years of use' as described. The handy pouch is too small. The clippers don't fold as flat as you'd expect, making it almost impossible to fit the clippers into the pouch, which if able to fold down flatter, would fit OK. There are a few other models listed in 'Products related to this item', and all similarly designed ones seem to feature the 'flimsy' spring. There is one other brand of different design, which has its spring is incorporated into the pivoted jaws. As can be seen in their video, it does fold flat, and features a retaining locking catch to hold it flat. For now, I'm giving the KLIPP 4 stars - because of the pouch size - and will see how it performs and lasts; if it does fail, I'll go for the different design and brand.

Really good and easy to use

I have bought loads of nail clippers and none of them have been able to cut my toenails but these are amazing the best I have ever used I will be getting another pair so I have a spare.

Exactly what is needed to trim thick or misshapen toenails or fingernails. Unlike most such tools, the aperture between the cutting blades can be as big as you like. There is plenty of leverage, the clippers are easy to grip, and the blades are very sharp. For that reason there is a safety spring that prevents unintentional cutting, the product comes with a handy plastic bag (that zips closed), and there is a neat little card with instructions for use. (E.g. it is recommended to clean the clippers after use with alcohol - a good idea to stop any infection in its tracks).

they are smaller than i thought they would be but they are the best i have some very very thick toenails which i found difficult to deal with but these cut them with no pain they are very sharp so have to be careful not to cut skin but would really recomend these .

I've been looking for new clippers for a while but I wasn't entirely happy with the reviews I was reading. This one seemed to come up with the best results, so I ordered one. The delivery was super quick unfortunately, the one I got was faulty. I contacted the seller and he was happy to replace it immediately. Once again, it arrived in super-quick time and I gave them a test run. I have the toenails from Hell, but these cut through them with ease! One of the reasons I bought this type is they open up very wide, which makes cutting my toenails very easy; plus, there's the added leverage, which makes the job easy. I've never enjoyed cutting my toenails so much!! Another feature about these is their sturdiness. I've gone through several sets of clippers, but they can't stand just living in my pocket. As well as being tough and sturdy, these come with a pouch to protect them. Finally, despite the issue with the first set, the seller was most helpful and sent me another one after I sent a photo showing the fault. I am very pleased with the whole deal and I highly recommend this seller!

Richtig gut gemachter Nagelknipser für kräftige Daumennägel und Fußnägel. Der Knipser hat einen präzisen Schliff und eine gute Hebellänge. Er liegt gut in der Hand, das Knipsen gelingt mit einer guten Leichtigkeit. Der Kauf hat sehr gelohnt, würde ich wieder kaufen.
