Very impressed! In genuinely excellent condition with no scratches and fantastic battery health of 96%, and a great price. This was after ordering an "excellent" condition iPhone on Backmarket which I had to return as it had deep scratches, as well as as a large chip on the screen, and it was really dirty - ughh! Try this seller instead.

Got it for my mother, she loves it, and I am happy with it, just wished it came with a battery higher than 75 percent.

I brought x2 phones from this buyer both phones had issues . First phone screen broke in first week,I took it to the Apple Store they said that the screen that they had used was of poor quality and that’s way it broke so easily. Cost me an extra £150 to fix !!! Second phone had issues with hardware and Just stopped working out of the bule, also took this to Apple Store and they ID’ed the hardware issue. By this time I was quite upset and frustrated that both the phones that I had purchased had been so unreliable and requested my money back for just x 1 of the phones They refused to refund me back the money even though we have had to fork out for another new phone as the phone (it was for my daughter and she was going away and needed to have a phone another £500 this one was straight from the Argos) It has been a very bad experience buying from this vender!!! We paid £500 for both phones plus the £150 for the new screen plus an additional £500 for the new phone. We are also still waiting for the replacement phone which I had to pay to send back which for another £9 My advice make sure to avoid this this vender at all cost !!!!! I would not even give them a start I feel will I was scammed !!

Speedy delivery which is tracked. Phone was as described and packaged really well. Really lovely touch adding a personal note with my name and also a free phone case. Clear instructions with the phone on what to do if any issues. Came with a screen protector already installed, screen is in excellent condition. Would definitely buy from again.

I love the size of this phone and coming from an iPhone SE, this feels a world away from my previous in terms of features and functionality. The screen also feels much bigger because of the small bezel. Cameras are great, face ID is very quick - I hardly notice it, as by the time I've picked up my phone it will have unlocked already. The battery is truly terrible unfortunately and you can see it draining away under your eyes even with light use. I have ended up having to charge it constantly as it will never make it to the end of the day. Although the battery is at 100% life, I suspect this might be a third-party battery that isn't as good as the original. Either that, or the battery really just is utter cr*p. The screen, camera lens and the back of the phone look absolutely spotless, however there are a few quite obvious chips around the lens cutout and around the charging slot, a bit cheeky to sell as 'excellent quality'. There was also quite a bit of grime/dirt around the screen, which seems weird for a refurbished phone. They could have easily cleaned it a bit better. Other than that this was great value for money.

Impressed! Received phone overnight, at least 3 to 4 days before I expected delivery. Have not set up the phone yet but it is in pristine condition and as described (looks brand new) All accessories were included including a screen protector, charger and lightning cable. iPhone 12 mini is a nice size too. Easier to carry in a pocket. Hopefully the battery life will be good as my older iPhone eats up battery very fast. Time will tell.

The iphone arrived well packaged but not in an Apple box. It was in pristine condition with no marks or scratches. The battery health was 100%. A charging cable and sim tool was included. As I mainly use it as phone and for messages with the occasional photo, the small size of the 12 mini suits me well and fits easily into a pocket. My old phone had served me well but was not compatible with a new watch and could not accommodate the latest Apple update. For a modest sum this iphone has all I need and I am well pleased with the service and the iphone.

The iPhone did indeed arrive on time, well-packaged, and in excellent condition regarding the body, screen, cameras, and buttons. Everything works fine, except for the battery, which came with a maximum capacity of 81%. I didn't find that ideal. To make matters worse, after only three weeks of use, the battery went into service mode. I'm an experienced iPhone user since the 3S and I use it correctly; I never use it while charging; never let it completely discharge, nor below 20% charge, and even less so by charging it all night. Since I'll have to replace the battery after such a short time of use and this will have an additional cost., I really can't give it the maximum number of stars.
