Thank goodness. *by S***Y on May 1, 2014* If you're a beginner, this DVD will help you understand and perform the forms better. If you've been practising Traditional TKD for a while and are well-versed in these forms, you will benefit immensely by trying to practice them at full power along with Grandmaster Kang at his pace. There may be a few variations from one school to the other, but overall, these forms provide a good picture. Since these forms are from the pre-sine wave era, those who use the sine wave may find the transitions and movements a bit different from that they are used to.
