Da fare attenzione al formato perché ne esistono almeno tre dimensioni, differenti soprattutto per larghezza, quindi bisogna riflettere bene quale può far meglio al proprio caso. Comunque con questo formato che è il più piccolo ci affetto praticamente tutto; le melanzane larghe ad esempio basta dividerle in due prima di affettarle.

Der Benriner Gemüsehobel ist sehr scharf und schneidet Gemüse sauber, gleichmäßig und ohne großen Kraftaufwand. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und stabil, zugleich ist das Gerät gut durchdacht und angenehm in der Handhabung. Besonders bei dünnen Scheiben spart man viel Zeit und erhält ein deutlich gleichmäßigeres Ergebnis als mit dem Messer. Aufgrund der hohen Schärfe sollte man natürlich vorsichtig arbeiten, aber genau das macht den Hobel auch so effektiv. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes, hochwertiges Produkt, das ich klar weiterempfehlen kann.
