My nails did stop crumbling apart and started to regrow in places where I haven't seen any nail in years. So I am very happy about that. Nails are nice and hard and most of the yellowing is gone but I still have these stubborn white spots/cracks that will not go away. There is still something munching on my nails that doesn't mind this formulation.
