Which one is it?** A: First of all, I hope it is clear, this is not to be digested. Instructions on the bottle say: to restore normal vaginal bacteria insert 1 capsule twice a day ( am/pm) for 2 weeks. To maintain vaginal PH insert 1 capsule for 2 weeks every month before menses or as needed. Just to remember, don't use it longer than stated above and keep away from pets it is toxic. **Q: Does this come with an applicator? If not why does it have one in the photo? False advertising** A: It does show one in picture. But I did not get one. I used one of the applicators that comes with Monistat7. Worked well. Just slipped the lil pill in the end and inserted.
