And will that weigh it down and not allow it to float in the air ?** A: I wrapped the lights around the balloon, secured with tape and used the battery box as a weight, the balloon will still float, you can use the light as part of the string with the battery at the end. **Q: How do you seal these ? The opening where u infate them was super stuck together, very hard to separate. When we were finally able to separate it, it was huge and was very hard to inflate. The lights go TAPED ON THE OUTSIDE IF THE BALLOON. Then as the cherry on top, even when full of helium, they would not stay up. we were not even able to use them.
