**Q: What is this mold made of?**
A: Silicone

**Q: tried these and got linear striations in the ice balls using distilled water.  Warm water used,  No effect.  Is there a solution**
A: Filtered water seems to produce the best results. Also try leaving in a bit longer or slightly less than what you are currently doing. 

Some of the 5 star reviewers have left their techniques in producing the perfect GeoSphere. 

If still not satisfied please don't hesitate to return for a full refund...

**Q: easy to remove?**
A: If you remove the ice at 24 to 28 hours it’s much easier than at 34 or more. I do mine in the morning about 10 and try to do it the same time the next day.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it!

I followed the recommendations from comments of using purified water and having it boil for a few.. let cool some .. and just normally let it freeze for 2-3 days.. perfect each time. I have an actual container for ice so I can keep making until I need them. It’s not hard to clean.. it’s ice. Once I get my cubes, I sit the container upside down on a tray until what appears to be 3 huge ice cubes naturally fall out.. and I save them too!!

Really neat ice mold! Works great! Mine don't come out crystal clear but that has a lot more to do with the water quality. Still impressive!

Makes great sphere balls but the bucket is a bit big, especially if you have one of those refrigerators in a rental property. It does take a bit of space/
