It finally went "tot" on me as I think atleast one of the wind springs broke, and would only run for a couple of days instead of the full week as designed. I was told I'd need an entire new mechanism for perhaps what I paid for the entire clock way back when. Action: I received this electronic movement, and did a little "dental" work inside the old wooden cabinet to fit it. It's attached solely by the nut on the hand movement, although for the chime I did screw in inside the cabinet. It works fine, and am very pleased with the quality of the tone, so far. Comment: So the only complaints or improvement items I have so far is that in addition to Westminster, I wish it also played Whittington, and St Michele (sp?), as Ave Maria and Bam Bam or whatever just don't sound so great...
