Anti-Theft Origin Large Backpack

We took this as a personal item for a 2 week trip to europe. Worked well as an underseat bag. Nice design. Not complicated, easy-to-use security features, but also would be a deterrent to someone trying to open the bag. Straps feel sturdy and nicer feeling while wearing than expected. Material on black version is durable and resisted staining/scuffing/dirt. Nice organizational features. We liked it so well that we want to keep using it for every day usage. The stitching is good. The sustainability is good. Its just a simple nice looking bag. Very "quiet luxury", but also casual. We are pretty happy with the bag and im giving it 5 stars, but really id like to see some modifications on this product in the future. I think the drink holder on the side should be able to expand open as it is impossible to use if the bag is totally full. I also think there should be a second drink holder on the other side of the bag or maybe just a pocket or something useful. I also wished many times that the bag could be opened up wider so you could get to the things at the bottom more easily.

It is a massive backpack but it works very well!! It still looks brand new after several trips. The handles and the backpack itself are thick and well made/stiched. I felt comfortable taking it to tourist destinations in DC, Greece, and Italy. We got caught in several rainstorms and the stuff inside stayed dry! I have several of the Travelon products because I feel more secure with the metal lining in the handles/bag.

Bought this bag based on a recommendation & because it was half off. Feels well made and fairly sturdy, except the zippers - the handles/tabs keep pulling off of the zip mechanism. I like how the pockets are laid out, but it was difficult to use the (one) water bottle holder when the bag was full

I like that this has some small locking pockets. I put my wallet, phone, keys and other items that I couldn’t carry with me to go through TSA security into a locked pocket. I should trust that the items wouldn’t get lost or mixed up with someone else’s luggage going through TSA security but this gave me more peace of mind, On the other hand there could have been problems if the TSA wanted to inspect the bag and couldn’t open it.. This holds quite a bit and is lighter weight than my old backpack. It easily held my 14”laptop, 2 sweatshirts, a lightweight rain shell, 2 small collapsible umbrellas, a couple of pads of paper and guidebooks and a water bottle. I could easily have added my wallet and iPhone 14. . The outer pocket was good for passport and travel docs. The one item that could have been better was that that could have added some padding around the pocket that holds the laptop. Fortunately I haven’t had a direct experience of how secure this is but I do have a funny story.about this bag. A bank security guard in Costa Rica stopped me and inspected it. I showed him how the bag works and he wanted to know where I got it. He said he’s going to get one for his next trip to the US.

Fits perfectly under the seat. Many pockets for organization. Strong padded straps and attractive design

A great carry on bag for the plane that fits underneath the seat. And I assume the antitheft components work well, since nothing was stolen, not that I could tell anyone was attempting to steal anything from it.

Great size - extremely roomy on the inside and love the antitheft features. I will update my review after using for my upcoming trip but so far so good. Can't wait to use it.

The bag is too long for my body. It had more than enough room for my 15.6” laptop. Several inches to spare. Wasted space really. Lots of pockets if you don’t mind throwing things in and searching for them. I loved the blue interior and the overall quality. Bummer it didn’t work out.

Initially I was very happy with this backpack. It's easy to organize and size wise accepted as a personal item for flights. Unfortunately, after five uses the main compartment's zipper gives out when it's somewhat full, so I'm unable to use it for travelling anymore while this was the main purpose of purchasing this bag.
