It looks like a fish hook that has been turned into a paperclip like decoration for hats or tie clasps. There are no moving parts on here. You can use this to give a pop of color and show your American spirit on The fish hook is not sharp although it is sharpish. It has been coated with plastic, or whatever is coating the rest of the fishhook. This means that the fish hook will not snag on your clothing. This is a heavy duty fish hook and will not bend or break easily as well.
