Review: I have to admit I enjoyed this book way more than I thought I would. The 80-year-old mystery of what happened to a devoted wife and mother who disappeared without a trace was engaging and well-written. Story is clean - no sex scenes and maybe four inappropriate words in the entire book. Review: I'm reading it right now and love it....I can't wait to finish it and get another book from this series

Soo, just gotta say, many reviews stated how they just "Hated the Main Character" well, all I gotta say, there was a reason for for unlikableness ( is that a word?) Melanie has gone through some trauma during her early years,,, Yeah, she's going to a bit brittle. Sad to see how many readers never got that, and say OMG... I hate her. To me, her growth, and the story was excellent. I have now ordered the next few in the series. The characters and the supernatural component. AAA+++.
