Tastes Great and Delivers Clean Energy — One of the Better Flavored Pres
I’ve been cycling through different pre-workouts and gave Alani Nu Breezberry a try. The flavor is genuinely good — refreshing and not overly chemical tasting. It mixes cleanly with minimal residue. At 200mg caffeine plus beta-alanine and citrulline, it provides solid energy and endurance without the heavy crash some high-stim pres cause. The L-theanine helps smooth it out so I don’t get jitters. I feel focused during lifts and have good pump from the citrulline. I’ve used it for both morning and evening sessions with no sleep issues when taken earlier in the day. The 30-serving tub is convenient and the price per serving is reasonable for the quality. Pros: Excellent flavor that isn’t overpowering Balanced energy without bad crash Good ingredient profile for the price Mixes well Cons: Beta-alanine tingles can be strong for some people (normal but noticeable) Not the absolute strongest stim option if you need max caffeine Overall, this has become one of my go-to pres when I want something that tastes good and performs reliably. I’ll keep it in rotation.

Perfect pre workout
Great pre workout! Gives me great energy for the gym and throughout the day. So far I haven’t experienced a crash from it so that’s been great. My workouts are much longer and there isn’t much of a crazy tingle feeling either. It does take a while to kick in about 30-45min. The taste is not the greatest but not the worst.

My fave pre-workout!
I use daily before my workout. It helps me wake up at 4am!!! Not sure what I would do without it. Love this flavor and keep repurchasing!
