My patient had reached through the face cradle to grab his phone and completely broke the old one's plastic arm. So needed one with next day shipping, and this one fit the bill. It wasn't too expensive and it wasn't the cheapest one either. Came in the next day, just as promised and so far is very adjustable.I work as a busy acupuncturist and have patients laying prone or faced down to work on their backs, and need this to do the job. With the addition of a brand new cushion, and this cradle, I'm back in business and nobody has complained yet. It is a great quality face cradle, & I really wish I could use it, but it will not fit my table! The posts are too thick & will not fit inside the holes no matter how hard you try.
