I am in my late 60's and have found this to be one of the best/efective supplements I've ever taken.
I love that this multi has everything I need to take for my daily needs. I notice a difference in my body when I do not take it...I can sometimes feel like I'm getting a cold, etc. I then notice I've missed my daily vitamin. Shortly after taking, I feel great again. Highly recommend this.
