There's diagrams with dimensions of each piece as well as a cutting list. There's steps with very simple-to-understand directions. There's cutting lists and much more. I applaud you Les! These are simple learning toys that will be treasured for years after they're made for a special child or grandchild. I'll be in my shop tomorrow!! The equipment needed is usually pretty basic, and there's a list of all the tools needed for each project. I'm anxious to get to work on some more of the toys.
